transactions with high net worth individuals and public companies. It also assists these
firms in setting up foreign exchange transactions for spot and future contracts with
local banks.
The firm also has been engaged by a local bank to set up its virtual banking subsidiary.
This project involved representing the bank in all aspects of the transaction starting from
choosing the location for the virtual bank, fulfilling the licensing requirements,
obtaining the technology, setting up controls, content provision, documentation
and all other aspects.
